What you can expect

  • You will play a key role in the design and development of our sales strategy and actively contribute to the planning, coordination and evaluation of processes and structures.
  • You lead the integration of new business partners and maintain existing partner relationships
  • You monitor and analyse the competitive landscape and work out growth potentials
  • You communicate with our partners and customers, analyse feedback and independently develop customer-oriented solutions
  • You work at the crossroad between software and business development and ensure a smooth exchange with newly designed processes
  • You are responsible for finding new production and sales partners
  • You translate market and customer trends into relevant measures as part of the company-wide sales strategy
  • You will develop customer-centric ideas and solutions to increase company performance and customer satisfaction
  • You will evolve the conceptual and strategic structure of our online presence
  • You will be responsible for preparing decision-making materials on the future direction of the company for top management

What makes you stand out

  • You have a degree in the field of economics/business administration or a comparable qualification  
  • You have several years of professional experience in key account management  
  • You have relevant knowledge in CRM as well as direct and digital marketing - knowledge in performance marketing is a plus  
  • You can demonstrate notable success in the management of IT projects  
  • You have analytical and structured thinking skills with a hands-on mentality  
  • You are confident in dealing with numbers and excel with your analytical skills
  • You are communicative and your approach is customer-oriented  
  • You are assertive and confident in negotiations  
  • You have a healthy sense of humour
  • You think entrepreneurially and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You have a very good command of German and English
  • You are passionate about the latest technology in the field of 3D visualization
  • Experience with 3D visualization, VR or AR is an advantage
